This Privacy Policy applies to the Voyage White app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by BLAZEK s.r.o. (collectively, the “Application”). BLAZEK s.r.o. is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
Precise location
The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Third-party access
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.
Data Retention
BLAZEK does not retain personal information generated through normal use of Voyage White because the Application does not collect, log, or store such information.
Accordingly, there is no routine server-side personal-data retention period for normal use of the Application.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider or provide information by another means, that information may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, provide support, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Data Deletion
Because Voyage White does not collect or store personal information through normal use, there is no routine personal-data record on BLAZEK systems that needs to be deleted.
Uninstalling the Application removes the Application from your device.
If you voluntarily provided information directly to BLAZEK, you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@blazek.ink.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no routine personal-data collection from which you need to opt out. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any information it directly holds.

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting such data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, notification will be made where required by applicable law.
